Ce syst\u00e8me \u00e0 cin\u00e9matique parall\u00e8le \u00e0 six degr\u00e9s de libert\u00e9 assure un contr\u00f4le de mouvement haute pr\u00e9cision. Avec une r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 de \u00b1 0,05\u00a0\u00b5m, un pas minimum de 50 nm et des codeurs absolus int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, il est adapt\u00e9 aux processus exigeant une pr\u00e9cision et une stabilit\u00e9 de position maximales. Parmi les applications typiques figurent l&#8217;assemblage d&#8217;objectifs et de modules de cam\u00e9ra, l&#8217;alignement automatis\u00e9 de composants optiques, le positionnement en salles blanches ou en environnements OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), ainsi que les processus de test et d&#8217;\u00e9talonnage en assurance qualit\u00e9. Le syst\u00e8me supporte des charges utiles allant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 10 kilogrammes. Le centre de rotation librement d\u00e9finissable permet \u00e0 la plateforme de s&#8217;adapter \u00e0 des exigences sp\u00e9cifiques, par exemple, pour des processus d&#8217;alignement de l&#8217;ordre du microm\u00e8tre. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisation de codeurs absolus, le H-815 fournit des donn\u00e9es de position au d\u00e9marrage sans r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement.
