Initialement d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude de l\u2019utilisation du laser femtosecondes pour usiner des alliages m\u00e9talliques amorphes, ce partenariat ouvre la voie \u00e0 de nouvelles perspectives. En effet, la compatibilit\u00e9 entre les alliages amorphes Vulkalloy et la technologie Lasea repousse les limites de la microm\u00e9canique horlog\u00e8re, en alliant pr\u00e9cision extr\u00eame et fiabilit\u00e9 industrielle. Sp\u00e9cialiste des m\u00e9taux amorphes, Vulkam d\u00e9veloppe chaque composant en Vulkalloy et son proc\u00e9d\u00e9 original a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences \u00e9lev\u00e9es de ce secteur. \u00ab <em>Nos \u00e9tudes d\u00e9montrent que les Vulkalloys sont les alliages m\u00e9talliques les plus adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la d\u00e9coupe laser, offrant une pr\u00e9cision et la fiabilit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour la microm\u00e9canique<\/em> \u00bb, explique S\u00e9bastien Gravier, Pdg de cette start-up. \u00ab <em>La ma\u00eetrise compl\u00e8te de chaque \u00e9tape, depuis une pr\u00e9forme anneau permet \u00e0 nos clients d\u2019obtenir rapidement les pi\u00e8ces, avec la garantie d\u2019un accompagnement d\u00e9di\u00e9 s\u2019ils souhaitent monter en cadence.<\/em> \u00bb Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 assure une d\u00e9coupe et une gravure d\u2019une pr\u00e9cision extr\u00eame (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00b1 2 \u00b5m), sans aucune d\u00e9formation du mat\u00e9riau et avec une finition permettant d\u2019obtenir des flancs droits.
