Source : Shixin Xue<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fabriqu\u00e9 en niobate de lithium, ce nouveau laser a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis au point par une \u00e9quipe de chercheurs de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 de Rochester et de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 de Californie \u00e0 Santa Barbara (Etats-Unis). Cette source minuscule am\u00e9liorera la pr\u00e9cision de la m\u00e9trologie optique et l&#8217;alimentation du LiDAR. En effet, elle peut fournir des mesures extr\u00eamement pr\u00e9cises en changeant sa couleur sur un large spectre de lumi\u00e8re environ 10 quintillions de fois par seconde.
