Ce dernier comporte un porte-outil avec transducteur int\u00e9gr\u00e9 interchangeable automatiquement et compatible avec diverses interfaces d&#8217;outils et de broches. Un stator assure la transmission d&#8217;\u00e9nergie sans fil et une armoire de commande sp\u00e9cifique connect\u00e9e \u00e0 la commande num\u00e9rique peut \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans les machines nouvelles ou existantes. Un logiciel surveille les caract\u00e9ristiques du processus \u00e0 ultrasons gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;affichage en temps r\u00e9el des donn\u00e9es d\u2019usinage. En superposant un mouvement oscillant au proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de tournage, VibroCut modifie la cin\u00e9matique du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 et optimise la fragmentation des copeaux. Ce qui augmente la disponibilit\u00e9 des machines et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des processus. L&#8217;assistance par ultrasons lors du per\u00e7age et du per\u00e7age profond r\u00e9duit, quant \u00e0 elle, les forces du processus, minimise les frottements et am\u00e9liore l&#8217;\u00e9vacuation des copeaux. M\u00eames am\u00e9liorations dans le cas de mat\u00e9riaux fragiles tels que le verre ou la c\u00e9ramique, qui imposent des exigences tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9cision et de fiabilit\u00e9 des processus lors de l&#8217;usinage.
