Cette solution brevet\u00e9e de fabrication additive par moulage dynamique est commercialis\u00e9e par la start-up 3Deus Dynamics. Le mat\u00e9riau, sous la forme d&#8217;un liquide visqueux, est d\u00e9pos\u00e9 par une t\u00eate d&#8217;impression immerg\u00e9e dans un bac rempli d&#8217;une poudre &#8220;auto-r\u00e9parante&#8221; : la surface de la poudre se reforme apr\u00e8s le passage de la t\u00eate. Le bac de poudre forme ainsi un moule dynamique qui supporte le mat\u00e9riau pendant l&#8217;impression. Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 fonctionne avec des mat\u00e9riaux usuels, sans reformulation, et s&#8217;affranchit de la fabrication longue et co\u00fbteuse d&#8217;un moule. De plus, la poudre peut se m\u00e9langer de mani\u00e8re contr\u00f4l\u00e9e au mat\u00e9riau inject\u00e9, afin de fabriquer un composite.
