Rapide, flexible et pr\u00e9cis, l&#8217;AGV3D positionne l&#8217;optique de focalisation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me lin\u00e9aire d&#8217;entrainement direct, avec un codeur de position de tr\u00e8s haute r\u00e9solution. Les erreurs de positionnement sont consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duites par la rigidit\u00e9 et la pr\u00e9cision \u00e9lev\u00e9es du module lin\u00e9aire appel\u00e9 DFM (Dynamic Focusing Module ou module de focalisation dynamique). Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des refroidissements \u00e0 eau et \u00e0 air, ce scanner garantit la stabilit\u00e9 thermique en r\u00e9duisant les erreurs dues \u00e0 une d\u00e9rive thermique. Cela permet des performances stables sur tout le processus d&#8217;usinage, avec une pr\u00e9cision constante et r\u00e9p\u00e9table. L&#8217;AGV3D dispose de deux param\u00e9trages simples qui recouvrent des champs de vision allant de 100&nbsp;x&nbsp;100&nbsp;mm \u00e0 1&nbsp;000&nbsp;x&nbsp;1&nbsp;000&nbsp;mm. En fonction des exigences de processus respectives, ce scanner 3D est disponible avec ouvertures adapt\u00e9es aux diff\u00e9rents diam\u00e8tres de rayons.
