L&#8217;uMCP offre un stockage haute densit\u00e9 \u00e0 faible consommation adapt\u00e9 aux smartphones milieu de gamme les plus fins. Ils combinent la DRAM faible consommation et la NAND \u00e0 un pilote int\u00e9gr\u00e9 permettant de r\u00e9duire de 40&nbsp;% l&#8217;espace utilis\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 une solution bi-puce. Cette configuration r\u00e9duit la consommation d&#8217;\u00e9nergie et l&#8217;empreinte de la m\u00e9moire, permettant ainsi de concevoir des smartphones plus agiles et plus compacts. Avec les derni\u00e8res interfaces LPDRAM et UFS, cette solution offre 50&nbsp;% de bande passante suppl\u00e9mentaire pour le stockage et la m\u00e9moire, tout en r\u00e9duisant leur consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Le nouveau package uMCP5 permet aux smartphones 5G milieu de gamme de fonctionner avec des temps de r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 tr\u00e8s faible latence et les modes \u00e0 faible consommation d&#8217;\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaires pour prendre en charge les fonctionnalit\u00e9s phares telles que les multiples cam\u00e9ras haute r\u00e9solution, les jeux multi-joueurs et autres applications de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e ou virtuelle. L&#8217;uMCP5 de Micron est produite gr\u00e2ce au processus de pointe DRAM 1y nm, et est \u00e9quip\u00e9e des plus petites puces de NAND 3D 512&nbsp;Gb 96L au monde. Le package BGA 297 prend en charge la m\u00e9moire LPDDR5 double canal avec des vitesses allant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 6 400 Mb\/s, soit une hausse des performances de 50&nbsp;% par rapport aux interfaces de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.
