N\u00e9anmoins, les exigences techniques et \u00e9conomiques imposent le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fabrication capables d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer la consommation de mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re et de r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9lais de fabrication. Le projet ADDIMAFIL, financ\u00e9 par BPI France, tente de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces contraintes gr\u00e2ce au d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 innovant par d\u00e9p\u00f4t de fil et fusion laser. Cette technique de fabrication additive garantit des caract\u00e9ristiques m\u00e9tallurgiques importantes et permet la fabrication de pi\u00e8ces de grandes dimensions, de l&#8217;ordre du m3. ALPhANOV assure le d\u00e9veloppement du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fusion de fil m\u00e9tallique par laser et a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un effecteur innovant robotisable. Cette t\u00eate de d\u00e9position originale permet d&#8217;adapter les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts en fonction des mat\u00e9riaux et des diam\u00e8tres de fil vis\u00e9s par ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9. L&#8217;effecteur permet ainsi de corr\u00e9ler des taux de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts \u00e9lev\u00e9s aux r\u00e9solutions et niveaux de qualit\u00e9 exig\u00e9s par l&#8217;industrie a\u00e9rospatiale. Un logiciel de pilotage et de commande de l&#8217;effecteur ainsi qu&#8217;une solution de mod\u00e9lisation thermique et m\u00e9canique sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s dans le cadre de ce projet. Objectif&nbsp;: anticiper et \u00e9viter les d\u00e9formations au cours du proc\u00e9d\u00e9.
