Parmi les meilleurs capteurs de laboratoire, ceux bas\u00e9s sur des atomes individuels se distinguent par leur stabilit\u00e9 et leur pr\u00e9cision irr\u00e9prochables, mais la plupart sont encombrants, fragiles et \u00e0 des prix \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Le projet Cryst3 contribuera au d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;un nouveau mat\u00e9riau dans lequel des atomes alcalins individuels, \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures microkelvin, sont encapsul\u00e9s dans le c\u0153ur creux d&#8217;une fibre optique \u00e0 cristal photonique. Ils sont enti\u00e8rement fonctionnalis\u00e9s, herm\u00e9tiquement scell\u00e9s et int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 des sources de lumi\u00e8re. Objectif\u00a0: la mise au point d&#8217;un premier prototype de ce mat\u00e9riau. Enti\u00e8rement op\u00e9rationnel et personnalis\u00e9, ce dernier comportera la conception num\u00e9rique, la fabrication, le post-traitement et les tests, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9valuation de l&#8217;industrialisation par une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 photonique de premier plan. Ce prototype servira de plateforme permettant d&#8217;\u00e9tudier les nouveaux ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes physiques attendus qui d\u00e9coulent des atomes froids pi\u00e9g\u00e9s dans une fibre \u00e0 c\u0153ur creux\u00a0: ordre spontan\u00e9 et spatial des atomes et \u00e9mission super radiante d\u00e9coulant de la diffusion collective de la lumi\u00e8re par les atomes. Dans le cadre de ce projet, Alphanov aura pour mission de mettre au point la fonctionnalisation des fibres sp\u00e9ciales. Cette fonctionnalisation comprendra l&#8217;adaptation du mode ainsi que l&#8217;inscription des r\u00e9seaux de Bragg. Alphanov sera \u00e9galement le coordinateur des activit\u00e9s de communication, de diss\u00e9mination et d&#8217;exploitation tout au long du projet Cryst3. Le projet est coordonn\u00e9 par Alma Mater Studiorum, Universit\u00e9 de Bologne (Italie).
