Il serait dommage de ne pas l\u2019utiliser comme vecteur d\u2019\u00e9nergie propre.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-2987\" src=\"https:\/\/micronora.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/156-033-001.jpg\" alt=\"156-033-001.jpg\" width=\"848\" height=\"848\" align=\"left\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Vous \u00eates un des pionniers de la pile \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne. Un sujet d&#8217;actualit\u00e9, mais aussi d&#8217;avenir&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>Effectivement, j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 mes travaux \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 1990 chez Alstom \u00e0 Tarbes. Ensuite, \u00e0 Belfort avec les universit\u00e9s et le CNRS, nous avons lanc\u00e9 des sujets de recherche qui avaient vocation \u00e0 int\u00e9resser le monde industriel. Comme l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019efficience \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique ou la dur\u00e9e de vie des syst\u00e8mes de piles \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne, voire la r\u00e9duction de leur co\u00fbt. Notre petite \u00e9quipe constitu\u00e9e il y a une vingtaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es compte aujourd\u2019hui plus de 100 chercheurs sur l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 Belfort.<br \/>\n<strong><em>Vous avez poursuivi avec passion l&#8217;activit\u00e9 de recherche dans ce domaine.<br \/>\nUne r\u00e9ussite recompens\u00e9e par la m\u00e9daille de l\u2019innovation 2020 du CNRS&#8230;<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nNomm\u00e9 directeur-adjoint de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration nationale hydrog\u00e8ne du CNRS en janvier 2020, je dirige l\u2019\u00e9quipe SHARPAC (syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectriques, hydrog\u00e8ne, machines \u00e9lectriques) au laboratoire Femto-ST. Mais notre activit\u00e9 de recherche trouve d\u00e9sormais sa place dans l&#8217;industrie car j&#8217;ai cofond\u00e9 il y a trois ans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 H2SYS. Cr\u00e9\u00e9e avec S\u00e9bastien Faivre, son PDG, et quatre autres associ\u00e9s, cette start-up qui a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 du soutien de la R\u00e9gion Bourgogne Franche-Comt\u00e9 et de la SATT Sayens, d\u00e9veloppe notamment des groupes \u00e9lectrog\u00e8nes \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne performants, \u00e9cologiques et silencieux. Une autre start-up, Mahytec, a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e \u00e0 Dole (Jura) il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 quelques ann\u00e9es par d\u2019autres chercheurs de Femto-ST. Une \u00e9volution naturelle. En effet, nous sentons depuis trois ou quatre ans une tr\u00e8s forte augmentation des demandes et sommes sollicit\u00e9s pour collaborer sur de nombreux projets.<\/p>\n<h2>Dans quels domaines d&#8217;activit\u00e9 se d\u00e9roulent ces projets\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>De nombreuses applications voient le jour\u00a0: groupes \u00e9lectrog\u00e8nes, v\u00e9hicules industriels et bus, syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectriques de secours, cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration pour l\u2019habitat, aviation l\u00e9g\u00e8re, trains&#8230; Facile \u00e0 stocker et \u00e0 produire localement, l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour produire de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 tr\u00e8s haut rendement (55\u00a0% alors que le rendement des moteurs thermiques ne d\u00e9passe pas les 30\u00a0%) et\/ou de la chaleur (si on ajoute la production d\u2019eau chaude sanitaire, les rendements d\u00e9passent les 90\u00a0%). Cette \u00e9nergie ne pollue pas (si on fait appel aux sources d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelables pour la production d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne), n\u2019\u00e9met pas de particules fines et ne fait pas de bruit. Dans la mobilit\u00e9, les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie et ceux dot\u00e9s d\u2019une pile \u00e0 combustible seront compl\u00e9mentaires. Les premiers s\u2019imposeront dans le transport l\u00e9ger et urbain, tandis que les seconds \u00e9quiperont les v\u00e9hicules lourds et la mobilit\u00e9 longue distance. H2SYS a ainsi particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la conception de la premi\u00e8re semi-remorque frigorifique fonctionnant \u00e0 l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne au monde.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment voyez-vous l&#8217;avenir de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Avec le plan massif annonc\u00e9 en 2020 par le gouvernement fran\u00e7ais (7,2\u00a0milliards d\u2019euros), la dynamique nationale, mais aussi internationale, s\u2019est clairement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e. La maturit\u00e9 technologique des solutions hydrog\u00e8ne-\u00e9nergie rencontre aujourd\u2019hui une r\u00e9elle volont\u00e9 politique et des enjeux \u00e9conomiques, \u00e9cologiques et soci\u00e9taux. A l&#8217;institut Femto-ST, nous travaillons notamment sur le diagnostic en temps r\u00e9el de l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 des piles \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne. L\u2019intelligence artificielle est aussi mise \u00e0 profit pour am\u00e9liorer les syst\u00e8mes hybrides combinant batteries, super-condensateurs et piles \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne. Enfin, la Commission europ\u00e9enne vient de lancer l\u2019Alliance pour l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne propre pour doper cette activit\u00e9.
