Ici la simulation d'une d\u00e9formation d'un micro-miroir avec le logiciel Comsol Multiphysics.\" align=\"left\" width=\"848\" height=\"470\" \/><br \/>\nComsol a organis\u00e9 le 14 octobre 2021 une journ\u00e9e europ\u00e9enne d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la mod\u00e9lisation et \u00e0 la simulation dans le domaine des micro et nanotechnologies. Les participants ont pu d\u00e9couvrir les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de la simulation multiphysique dans ce secteur en plein essor, qui avoisinera les 500\u00a0milliards d\u2019euros en 2025\u00a0! Cette journ\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019innovation, au d\u00e9veloppement, \u00e0 la conception et \u00e0 l\u2019optimisation des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s et des produits par la simulation. Trois membres majeurs de l\u2019Alliance industrielle des technologies de microprocesseurs et semi-conducteurs (lanc\u00e9 le 19 juillet dernier par la Commission Europ\u00e9enne) ont partag\u00e9 leur exp\u00e9rience et ont donn\u00e9 leur point de vue sur l&#8217;importance de la simulation pour leurs applications\u00a0: ST\u00a0Microelectronics, SOITEC et le CEA\u00a0Leti. Rappelons que cette alliance vise \u00e0 r\u00e9unir Etats membres, entreprises, universit\u00e9s, centres de recherche et de technologie ainsi que des utilisateurs dans un vaste plan de reconqu\u00eate de cette industrie cl\u00e9 pour la souverainet\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne.
