La manifestation a attir\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 100 participants et a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 des \u00e9changes passionnants. <em>&#8220;Le d\u00e9veloppement durable est au c\u0153ur des enjeux li\u00e9s aux technologies et aux processus de production actuels&#8221;<\/em>, a constat\u00e9 en pr\u00e9ambule des conf\u00e9rences, John Lopez, pr\u00e9sident du CLP. <em>&#8220;Les technologies photoniques, et en particulier les technologies laser, disposent de nombreux atouts \u00e0 faire valoir dans ce domaine.&#8221;<\/em> Un th\u00e8me qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 le fil rouge de ce webinaire, accessible gratuitement et dont le replay est disponible sur les cha\u00eenes YouTube du CLP et de Micronora.<br \/>\nDirecteur Technique de Franc\u00e9clat, comit\u00e9 professionnel de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique au service des secteurs de l\u2019horlogerie, la bijouterie, la joaillerie, l\u2019orf\u00e8vrerie et les arts de la table, St\u00e9phane de Braquilanges, a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 les traitements chimiques ou laser dans ces industries cr\u00e9atives. <em>&#8220;Nos entreprises, principalement des PME et TPE, sont de plus en plus int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par l&#8217;\u00e9coconception&#8221;<\/em>, a soulign\u00e9 le responsable. <em>&#8220;Le laser est sans doute une technologie d&#8217;avenir pour le traitement de surface dans les diff\u00e9rentes applications que nous traitons.&#8221; <\/em> <\/p>\n<h2>Meilleure pr\u00e9cision et \u00e9conomie d&#8217;\u00e9nergie<\/h2>\n<p><em>&#8220;La chimie ou le laser pour les applications de traitement de surface\u00a0? Les deux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s sont compl\u00e9mentaires&#8221;<\/em>, r\u00e9pond le sp\u00e9cialiste.<br \/>\nComment passer de la chimie aux couches minces et ensuite au laser\u00a0? Groupe fran\u00e7ais sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans le domaine de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie de surface, HEF consacre 50\u00a0% de son budget R&#038;D au d\u00e9veloppement durable et utilise depuis 2010 la plateforme laser femtoseconde du GIE Manutech pour des applications de d\u00e9coupe, gravure ou fonctionnalisation. <em>&#8220;Le laser est un moyen pr\u00e9cis avec une qualit\u00e9 constante&#8221;<\/em>, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 Bertrand Nicolet, responsable innovations chez HEF. <em>&#8220;Sa consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique est faible, on \u00e9limine les produits chimiques et on peut traiter diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux y compris polym\u00e8res. Le mariage du laser avec d&#8217;autres proc\u00e9d\u00e9s, comme le PVD, offre des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s tribologiques excellentes.&#8221; <\/em><br \/>\nDans la session &#8220;Pr\u00e9paration de surface&#8221;, Olivier Beynac, responsable des ventes chez Trumpf France a abord\u00e9 le nettoyage de pi\u00e8ces industrielles et le positionnement de la technologie laser. <em>&#8220;Lors de la mise en place d&#8217;une solution laser il faut analyser son co\u00fbt total d&#8217;exploitation compar\u00e9 avec celui des autres proc\u00e9d\u00e9s&#8221;<\/em>, a conseill\u00e9 l&#8217;expert de Trumpf. <em>&#8220;Les solutions laser n\u00e9cessitent moins de maintenance et peuvent fonctionner 24 heures sur 24, sept jours sur sept.&#8221;<\/em> Exemple\u00a0: dans les applications d&#8217;e-mobilit\u00e9 et plus exactement, dans la fabrication des cellules de batteries, le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 laser assure la vitesse et la stabilit\u00e9 du processus, ne chauffe pas et sans aucun consommable. <em>&#8220;Le laser assure une \u00e9conomie sensible sur les \u00e9tapes de pr\u00e9- et post-traitements&#8221;<\/em>, rench\u00e9rit John Lopez, pr\u00e9sident du CLP. L&#8217;\u00e9limination du produit chimique permet de se passer de tous les inconv\u00e9nients de ce dernier\u00a0: production, transport, stockage, taxes, captation, recyclage, effets ind\u00e9sirables sur la sant\u00e9 des travailleurs, etc. Outil flexible par excellence, le laser est adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la petite s\u00e9rie. Il est possible de changer de motifs ou de num\u00e9ros de s\u00e9rie en moins d\u2019un dixi\u00e8me de seconde par exemple. Le co\u00fbt de l&#8217;outillage est r\u00e9duit et il permet d\u2019automatiser ou de semi-automatiser des t\u00e2ches complexes habituellement r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par des personnes \u00e0 fort savoir-faire dans les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s. \u00c0 signaler \u00e9galement, les conf\u00e9rences tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressantes pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par Jean-Michel Duchazeaubeneix de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Meliad et Laurent Weber d\u2019IPG Photonics.
