Destin\u00e9 aux applications dans l\u2019industrie automobile, cette solution convient plus particuli\u00e8rement pour la surveillance des lasers \u00e0 fibre monomode, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 500\u00a0mm de longueur focale, couramment employ\u00e9s pour le soudage de batteries. Ophir BeamWatch Integrated 500 combine dans un m\u00eame syst\u00e8me autonome, compact et robuste la mesure du profil du faisceau et de sa puissance. Les param\u00e8tres critiques du laser, \u00e0 savoir le d\u00e9calage focal, la taille du foyer, la caustique et la puissance absolue, sont mesur\u00e9s en temps r\u00e9el. Le syst\u00e8me est compatible avec diff\u00e9rents types de t\u00eate de soudage et propose plusieurs interfaces industrielles (Profinet, EtherNet\/IP et CC-Link) qui simplifient le transfert direct des mesures et permettent une int\u00e9gration dans les lignes de production automatis\u00e9es. Il mesure, sans contact, les laser YAG, \u00e0 fibre et \u00e0 diodes \u00e0 haute puissance dans une plage de longueur d\u2019ondes comprise entre 980 et 1080\u00a0nm. Les donn\u00e9es ainsi obtenues servent de base au calcul, en temps r\u00e9el, de tous les param\u00e8tres essentiels du faisceau, dont le d\u00e9calage focal. En parall\u00e8le, le puissance-m\u00e8tre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 mesure la puissance absolue, m\u00eame avec des lentilles \u00e0 grande longueur focale. Toutes les mesures du faisceau laser r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans les processus de soudage ou de d\u00e9coupe sont enregistr\u00e9es. La rapidit\u00e9 de la mesure permet de contr\u00f4ler le faisceau laser sans allonger le temps de cycle en mesurant pendant les phases de chargement et de d\u00e9chargement des pi\u00e8ces. Tous les param\u00e8tres sont affich\u00e9s et m\u00e9moris\u00e9s, des diagrammes de tendance bas\u00e9s sur les donn\u00e9es fournissent des informations pr\u00e9cieuses en termes de maintenance pr\u00e9ventive. Des valeurs de tol\u00e9rance et des valeurs limites peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9finies pour permettre d\u2019initier des mesures correctives dans le processus. L\u2019encrassement au fil du temps du verre protecteur accro\u00eet le d\u00e9calage focal ce qui provoque une chute de la densit\u00e9 de puissance sur le plan de travail et entra\u00eene des soudures non conformes.
