Ces structures nanorobotiques ont des dimensions inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 100\u00a0microm\u00e8tres. Selon les sp\u00e9cialistes de Femto-st, le challenge r\u00e9alis\u00e9 est de taille. <em>&#8220;Nous avons r\u00e9ussi une op\u00e9ration extr\u00eamement difficile\u00a0: le pliage de la structure multicouche par bombardement d\u2019ions focalis\u00e9s \u00e0 90\u00b0, et surtout la conservation des capacit\u00e9s d&#8217;actionnement de la structure apr\u00e8s pliage&#8221;<\/em>, pr\u00e9cise C\u00e9dric Cl\u00e9vy, Ma\u00eetre de Conf\u00e9rences \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Bourgogne Franche-Comt\u00e9 et chercheur \u00e0 l\u2019Institut Femto-st. <em>&#8220;\u00c0 cela s\u2019ajoute, l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019actionnement des doigts d\u2019un d\u00e9monstrateur de micro-pince.&#8221;<\/em> La totalit\u00e9 des travaux, de la conception aux tests de fonctionnement en passant par la mod\u00e9lisation et bien entendu la fabrication, a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par des chercheurs du d\u00e9partement Automatique et Syst\u00e8mes Micro-M\u00e9catroniques (AS2M) de l\u2019Institut Femto-st. Les \u00e9tapes de fabrication des membranes de silice et des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts d\u2019\u00e9lectrodes d\u2019aluminium selon des motifs pr\u00e9d\u00e9finis ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es dans la centrale Mimento de l\u2019Institut \u00e0 partir de masques dessin\u00e9s et con\u00e7us en interne. Les usinages par faisceau d\u2019ions conduisant aux structures 3D et 4D ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur la plateforme \u00b5Robotex qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans le nouveau Centre de Micro et Nano Robotique (https:\/\/projects.femto-st.fr\/microrobotex\/fr). Ce travail r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un besoin croissant de syst\u00e8mes permettant la pr\u00e9hension aux petites \u00e9chelles. En effet, dans la course \u00e0 la miniaturisation des syst\u00e8mes et des composants, il est primordial de pouvoir disposer de moyens de pr\u00e9hension performants, parfaitement contr\u00f4lables, pr\u00e9cis, reproductibles et robustes dans le temps.
