Dot\u00e9e d&#8217;une source &#8220;Beam shaping&#8221; (\u00e0 faisceau variable), cette solution peut int\u00e9grer plusieurs processus, notamment la d\u00e9coupe 3D, le taraudage, le per\u00e7age, le chanfreinage et le fluoper\u00e7age. La technologie de mise en forme du faisceau contr\u00f4le l&#8217;endroit o\u00f9 se concentre la densit\u00e9 de puissance du faisceau laser, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la vitesse et la qualit\u00e9 de la d\u00e9coupe sur une large gamme de mat\u00e9riaux. Le faisceau laser g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par la fibre a une longueur d&#8217;onde plus courte que la technologie CO2 et est beaucoup plus efficace, m\u00eame sur les mat\u00e9riaux difficiles \u00e0 traiter tels que le cuivre et le laiton. De plus, il permet de r\u00e9aliser des assemblages pr\u00e9cis. La t\u00eate laser 3D se d\u00e9place sur un axe X et un axe Y pour assurer la d\u00e9coupe d&#8217;une plus large gamme de mat\u00e9riaux, sous n&#8217;importe quel angle, avec un haut niveau de pr\u00e9cision. Quatre mandrins travaillent simultan\u00e9ment, se d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant le long et tournant autour des axes pour \u00e9viter la d\u00e9formation du mat\u00e9riau. Cela garantit un processus stable pour tout type d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur, ce qui am\u00e9liore la productivit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duit les chutes. La machine est disponible en plusieurs configurations avec des unit\u00e9s de chargement\/d\u00e9chargement de 6\u00a0m, 8 m, 12 m et 15 m.
