Source\u00a0: OSF Plastic<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019objectif du projet collaboratif LAMIPoC (Laser Assisted MIcrofabrication of POC diagnostic microfluidic devices), soutenu par l\u2019Euror\u00e9gion, est d\u2019analyser le potentiel de la technologie laser femtoseconde pour la production en masse de dispositifs microfluidiques. Les dispositifs microfluidiques sont adapt\u00e9s aux applications m\u00e9dicales pour r\u00e9aliser des exp\u00e9riences \u00e9lectriques, photoniques ou plasmoniques sur des cellules individuelles, des tissus cellulaires ou pour effectuer des essais biochimiques. Le micro-fraisage est le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 le plus utilis\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui pour la fabrication de moules d&#8217;injection destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la production de masse de ces dispositifs microfluidiques. N\u00e9anmoins, le temps de production et les co\u00fbts associ\u00e9s au micro-usinage conventionnel sont trop \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour des lots de production de quelques centaines d&#8217;unit\u00e9s. La technologie du laser femtoseconde vis\u00e9e par ce projet qui rassemble plusieurs participants, assure un micro-usinage plus rapide et pr\u00e9cis. ALPhANOV contribuera aux travaux avec ses comp\u00e9tences en micro-usinage laser, n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la micro-fabrication des inserts de moule. Son exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de texturation de surface par laser sera \u00e9galement utile pour \u00e9tudier la possibilit\u00e9 de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de nouvelles propri\u00e9t\u00e9s sur des microstructures. Exemple\u00a0: l\u2019augmentation de l\u2019hydrophilie n\u00e9cessaire pour favoriser le flux micro fluidique ou l\u2019adh\u00e9rence et la prolif\u00e9ration des cellules sur les dispositifs PoC (Proof of Concept).
