Source : Polytec<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La topographie de surface, l&#8217;analyse et la visualisation des comportements dynamiques sont essentielles pour tester et d\u00e9velopper des microstructures telles que les dispositifs MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems). Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la vibrom\u00e9trie, la m\u00e9trologie de surface et les solutions photoniques, Polytec propose l\u2019analyseur de microstructures MSA-600. Cette station de mesure optique tout-en-un, permet de caract\u00e9riser la topographie de surface ainsi que les mouvements dans le plan et hors plan. Les versions MSA-600-M\/V couvrent les gammes de fr\u00e9quences jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 25 MHz, adapt\u00e9es aux MEMS, comme les microphones et autres microsyst\u00e8mes. Les versions MSA-600-X\/U couvrent la gamme des hautes et tr\u00e8s hautes fr\u00e9quences jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 2,5\u202fGHz, utilis\u00e9es pour la validation des r\u00e9sonateurs MEMS HF et des dispositifs micro-acoustiques. <br>Le MSA-600-S est une station de mesure optique sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ue pour l&#8217;analyse des vibrations en temps r\u00e9el \u00e0 6 GHz et l&#8217;analyse de la topographie de surface.
