Source\u00a0: AIDA-CCI<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Portugal fait des progr\u00e8s significatifs dans le secteur de la micro\u00e9lectronique et des semi-conducteurs avec la mise en \u0153uvre de l&#8217;Agenda Micro\u00e9lectronique. <em>&#8220;Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un projet ambitieux qui vise \u00e0 positionner le pays \u00e0 l&#8217;avant-garde de ce secteur strat\u00e9gique&#8221;<\/em>, explique Elisabete Rita, vice-pr\u00e9sidente ex\u00e9cutive d&#8217;AIDA CCI. <em>&#8220;Sa dur\u00e9e est de trois ans et il dispose d\u2019un financement total de 68&nbsp;millions d&#8217;euros d&#8217;investissement total, dont une partie est assur\u00e9e par le Plan de relance et de r\u00e9silience (RRP) de l&#8217;Union Europ\u00e9enne.&#8221;<\/em> Men\u00e9 par Amkor Technology Portugal, le projet rassemble 17 partenaires&nbsp;: des entreprises (Amkor, Neadvance, Synopsys, Exatronic, PICadvanced, TRC, HFA, Fi Group), des organisations de R &amp; D (Universit\u00e9s d\u2019Aveiro et Coimbra, INL, Instituto de Sistemase Rob\u00f3tica, INESC MN, Institut Fraunhofer Portugal) et des Centres de transfert technologique (Inovaria, AIDA CCI, PCI-Creative Science Park). <em>&#8220;L&#8217;Agenda est ax\u00e9 sur le d\u00e9veloppement et l&#8217;innovation dans quatre domaines cl\u00e9s&#8221;<\/em>, pr\u00e9cise Marta Lopes, manager Science &amp; Technology chez PCI. <em>&#8220;\u00c0 savoir&nbsp;: le packaging avanc\u00e9, les r\u00e9seaux d&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit, l&#8217;industrialisation des produits bas\u00e9s sur des circuits optiques int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et les usines du futur.&#8221;<\/em> La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 PICadvanced vise par exemple, le d\u00e9veloppement de solutions optiques utilisant des circuits photoniques int\u00e9gr\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9seaux optiques passifs et les applications radio, supportant des d\u00e9bits de donn\u00e9es de 25 Gbps et 50 Gbps. De plus, une ligne de production automatis\u00e9e de transceivers, visant \u00e0 rationaliser la fabrication de transceivers optiques de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, sera \u00e9galement r\u00e9alis\u00e9e. Autre exemple&nbsp;: la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 HFA qui agit comme un maillon fondamental dans la cha\u00eene de valeur de la micro\u00e9lectronique, fournissant des services d&#8217;assemblage et de test d&#8217;\u00e9quipements \u00e9lectroniques et de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications. Dans le cadre de l&#8217;Agenda Micro\u00e9lectronique, elle a investi dans divers domaines pour renforcer sa capacit\u00e9 de production et d&#8217;innovation. Quant \u00e0 Exatronic, cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est engag\u00e9e dans la mise \u00e0 jour de son logiciel MES (Manufacturing Execution System) et de r\u00e9soudre ainsi la principale cause limitant la croissance de l&#8217;activit\u00e9. En effet, les flux des processus ne sont pas compl\u00e8tement automatis\u00e9s, ce qui rend difficile l&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#8217;information en temps r\u00e9el et ajoute des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 la planification. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9veloppe \u00e9galement un nouveau produit, un Ocean Data Sensor. Ce dispositif IoT int\u00e9gr\u00e9, \u00e0 tr\u00e8s faible consommation d&#8217;\u00e9nergie, pr\u00e9sente un \u00e9norme potentiel de croissance, sur un march\u00e9 en transformation, celui des packagings capables de r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l&#8217;environnement hostile de l&#8217;oc\u00e9an.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, L\u2019Agenda Micro\u00ad\u00e9lectronique vise \u00e0 promouvoir les capacit\u00e9s productives et la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 portugaises, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux demandes aux niveaux europ\u00e9en et mondial. En outre, le projet assurera la formation et la sp\u00e9cialisation des ressources humaines et 25 nouveaux produits, proc\u00e9d\u00e9s et services seront cr\u00e9\u00e9s. <em>&#8220;N\u00e9anmoins, la strat\u00e9gie de l&#8217;Agenda ne se limite pas \u00e0 l&#8217;innovation technologique, car elle englobe aussi la transition \u00e9cologique&#8221;<\/em>, assure la sp\u00e9cialiste de PCI. Comme par exemple, le recyclage des d\u00e9chets \u00e9lectroniques, l&#8217;un des probl\u00e8mes cruciaux \u00e0 l&#8217;heure actuelle. Il existe ainsi un besoin urgent de solutions durables au probl\u00e8me mondial des d\u00e9chets \u00e9lectroniques, qui sont export\u00e9s, dans de nombreux cas, vers les pays en d\u00e9veloppement. Des processus avanc\u00e9s de gestion des d\u00e9chets \u00e9lectroniques, tels que la lixiviation hybride des m\u00e9taux pr\u00e9cieux et les m\u00e9thodes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration s\u00e9lective des m\u00e9taux, sont en cours de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Coimbra. Elles pourront att\u00e9nuer l&#8217;impact environnemental et maximiser la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des mat\u00e9riaux pr\u00e9cieux. Parmi les r\u00e9sultats attendus, l&#8217;Agenda Micro\u00e9lectronique vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de nouveaux capteurs et composants avanc\u00e9s pour diverses applications. Par exemple, la cr\u00e9ation de capteurs MEMS de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration sera essentielle pour les smartphones 5G et les appareils IoT (Internet des Objets), permettant des am\u00e9liorations significatives de la pr\u00e9cision et de l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. De plus, les modules de puissance avanc\u00e9s seront essentiels pour am\u00e9liorer les performances et r\u00e9duire la consommation d&#8217;\u00e9nergie des \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectroniques. Cette innovation s&#8217;applique \u00e9galement aux circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s photoniques. Ces composants sont essentiels pour les communications optiques \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit, car ils permettront une transmission de donn\u00e9es plus rapide et plus efficace. Une autre avanc\u00e9e significative consiste en des solutions d&#8217;inspection visuelle bas\u00e9es sur l&#8217;IA, qui am\u00e9lioreront l&#8217;automatisation et la pr\u00e9cision de l&#8217;inspection des syst\u00e8mes dans les usines de semi-conducteurs, r\u00e9duisant ainsi les d\u00e9fauts et augmentant la productivit\u00e9.
