Source&nbsp;: LNE<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s huit ans de travail, les chercheurs du Laboratoire national de m\u00e9trologie et d\u2019essais (LNE), en collaboration avec un chercheur de Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) en Allemagne, viennent de mettre au point un nouvel \u00e9talon quantique g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des courants \u00e0 des valeurs parfaitement quantifi\u00e9es, ne n\u00e9cessitant aucune correction. Il est fond\u00e9 sur la combinaison des \u00e9talons quantiques de tension Josephson, de r\u00e9sistance de Hall et d\u2019un amplificateur supraconducteur combin\u00e9s dans un circuit quantique original. La d\u00e9monstration de l\u2019exactitude des courants g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s, aux valeurs quantifi\u00e9es \u00b1(n\/p) efJ (o\u00f9 n et p sont des param\u00e8tres de contr\u00f4le entiers et fJ est la fr\u00e9quence de Josephson), a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite avec des incertitudes relatives inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 10 milliardi\u00e8mes et dans la gamme des microamp\u00e8res. L&#8217;amp\u00e8re peut donc d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur une large gamme de valeurs de courant avec des incertitudes plus faibles de deux ordres de grandeur que les meilleures capacit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9talonnage des instituts nationaux de m\u00e9trologie. Cette d\u00e9monstration a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 la mise en \u0153uvre d&#8217;une instrumentation comprenant cinq dispositifs quantiques, le nouvel \u00e9talon de courant quantique \u00e9tant au c\u0153ur de cet ensemble. Cette instrumentation quantique compl\u00e8te jette les bases d&#8217;une r\u00e9alisation quantique universelle des unit\u00e9s \u00e9lectriques, de tension, de courant et m\u00eame de r\u00e9sistance, dans une seule exp\u00e9rience.
