Les options de packaging des lasers ICL jusqu\u2019\u00e0 5,5 \u00b5m con\u00e7us par nanoplus disposent, en plus du bo\u00eetier standard TO66 (avec Peltier int\u00e9gr\u00e9), d\u2019un couplage fibre (en bo\u00eetier Butterfly avec fibre monomode). Pour rappel, nanoplus fabrique des lasers ICL (Interband Cascade Laser) DFB \u00e0 n&#8217;importe quelle longueur d&#8217;onde cible dans l&#8217;infrarouge moyen (MIR) entre 2,8 \u00b5m et 6,5 \u00b5m, avec un fonctionnement en mode continu (CW) \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.
