Source&nbsp;: Precitec Group<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Les taux de rejet \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans la production de cellules de batterie des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques demeurent un d\u00e9fi majeur, non seulement en raison des co\u00fbts, mais aussi des pr\u00e9occupations environnementales. La solution&nbsp;? Une analyse pr\u00e9coce et non destructive de la qualit\u00e9 des cellules, directement depuis la cha\u00eene de production. Le projet &#8220;Quaze&#8221; men\u00e9 par un consortium auxquel participent Precitec Optronik GmbH, Precitec GmbH &amp; Co. KG, Fraunhofer ISE, Farasis Energy Europe GmbH, RRC power solutions GmbH et BaSyTec GmbH vise la mise au point d\u2019une m\u00e9thode de contr\u00f4le non destructive optique qui d\u00e9tecte les anomalies m\u00e9caniques dans les cellules de batterie pendant leur fabrication. Les cellules de batterie se dilatent pendant la charge et se contractent pendant la d\u00e9charge. Ces variations de volume peuvent r\u00e9v\u00e9ler des d\u00e9fauts potentiels et constituent un indicateur de qualit\u00e9 largement inexploit\u00e9. L\u2019approche s&#8217;appuie sur des mesures laser de haute pr\u00e9cision de ce comportement et analyse les donn\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;intelligence artificielle. Les objectifs du projet sont la d\u00e9tection des d\u00e9fauts le plus t\u00f4t possible dans la production, la r\u00e9duction des taux de rebut, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de la dur\u00e9e de vie des cellules de batterie, l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la mont\u00e9e en puissance de la production pour les nouveaux fournisseurs ou les changements de produits.
