Adapt\u00e9 aux op\u00e9rations d&#8217;assurance qualit\u00e9 en ligne, le dispositif peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour la mesure de diam\u00e8tres, de fentes, d&#8217;ar\u00eates et de segments dans les processus de production industrielle. L&#8217;optoCONTROL 2700 dispose d&#8217;une correction d&#8217;inclinaison en temps r\u00e9el de l&#8217;objet \u00e0 mesurer, ce qui rend inutile un alignement exact de ce dernier. La configuration du microm\u00e8tre \u00e0 LED s&#8217;effectue via l&#8217;interface web appel\u00e9e par l&#8217;interface Ethernet et permet de r\u00e9gler rapidement, par exemple, la moyenne ou la fr\u00e9quence de mesure. Une fonction qui offre de nombreuses possibilit\u00e9s de param\u00e9trage, avec six pr\u00e9r\u00e9glages qui permettent une configuration rapide et facile en fonction de la t\u00e2che de mesure. L&#8217;interface web propose \u00e9galement une image en noir et blanc \u00e9volutive pour faciliter l&#8217;alignement. Il est donc d\u00e9sormais possible de positionner graphiquement le microm\u00e8tre ou l&#8217;objet \u00e0 mesurer de mani\u00e8re optimale. L\u2019appareil dispose d\u2019une lin\u00e9arit\u00e9 de seulement 0,5 \u00b5m et mesure avec pr\u00e9cision des objets \u00e0 partir de 50 \u00b5m de diam\u00e8tre. Son optique t\u00e9l\u00e9centrique am\u00e9liore sensiblement la pr\u00e9cision de mesure. L&#8217;objet \u00e0 mesurer est \u00e9clair\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re uniforme. Qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agisse d&#8217;objets hautement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissants comme les rouleaux ou d&#8217;objets transparents, ce microm\u00e8tre est adapt\u00e9 aux applications qui n\u00e9cessitent pr\u00e9cision et fiabilit\u00e9. La fonction int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de d\u00e9tection de l&#8217;encrassement offre une solution proactive pour d\u00e9tecter la pr\u00e9sence d&#8217;impuret\u00e9s ou de corps \u00e9trangers sur la surface de mesure.
